Terms and Conditions Using the king1 Platform

To register and use the king1 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. king1 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration application that does not meet the established criteria without having to provide any explanation.

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Register using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. Any false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, or household. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including use by any third parties you have authorised.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential at all times and must not be shared with any other party.

• Members who wish to close their own account may contact our support team. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
• Prior to account closure, any valid remaining balance (after deducting related obligations) will be returned to the original payment method.
• Accounts closed due to a violation are not eligible to open a new account at king1.

The king1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we always strive to keep the platform running without interruption, there are situations beyond our control that may affect the service.

• king1 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, device failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
